What status updates look like
Typical outbound German parcel flow: posted at retail outlet, processed in origin parcel center, prepared for onward transport, then handed to the destination delivery organization. Destination-country delivery scans appear later.
Tips for accurate results
- ‘Handed over to the delivery organization’ is transit, not delivered.
- Out for delivery is still active — wait for a completed delivery scan.
- International parcels can sit without new scans while in export/import clearance.
